What a great way to celebrate each other’s festive season through a feast!
Last Christmas, Chef Mural Manjunath has come out with his very own Tandoori Turkey. If you have missed it, well you can get your hands on his Tandoori Spiced Roasted Whole Duck and Indian Yusheng.
Chef Mural shared that his inspiration comes from Singapore herself and her SG50 anniversary. In verge of creation, it is always the country and city which makes him think of something different from others. Indeed, there is no boundary in the cooking and creation of dishes as agreed by him and his team.
After making successful of Tandoori Turkey for Christmas and New Year, Chef Mural thought why can’t he make something special for this Chinese New Year too? In fact, some of his favourite Chinese New Year dishes include the roasted duck, pork belly dishes and chilli crab. And since he likes to eat our Chinese style roasted duck or chicken, that actually gave him the idea of why not create a Tandoori version of it. So he began to experiment roasting the whole duck using Indian spices. It came out well for this team and some of his Chinese friends even liked it too! So that was how the Tandoori Duck was born!
These Chinese New Year Specials will be available during their lunch fiesta which will be happening from 7th to 9th of February 2016. *Book 2 days in advance for the duck take-away order.
