Gin Khao Special Watermelon Fried Rice
The first item that caught our eyes is the Fried Rice served in watermelon. You might think how can a sweet watermelon goes with fried rice as it is not our soup with rice. But however, it works! What you have to do is to eat them altogether; the nuts, crispy vegetarian bean curd skin, prawns and watermelon. Fragrant saltish with natural watermelon’s sweetness; it gives you a kind of refreshingly feel in your mouth.
Kway Teow Haeng by Sa Yum
Filled with a generous amount of sliced pork, meatballs, vegetables, crispy pork skins as well as nuts and garlic bits!! Beware as you may be tempted to ask for more sauce as it looks good, you might not be able to take the spiciness! Thumbs up for this dried rice noodle, just like our mince pork noodle but in Thai style.
Grilled Lamb Ribs served with Seasoned Rice| Long Chim
Not your typical biryani; the rich and flavourful ‘
rendang‘ is super shiok and the fatty rib melts in your mouth!! You will definitely want another plate for yourself.
