Said Teppei Nitobe, Producer of WAttention Singapore, “We are excited to introduce Singaporeans to the heart-warming and exciting atmosphere of a genuine Japanese matsuri while simultaneously creating a feeling of nostalgia for the local Japanese Delicious matsuri food such as takoyaki, baby Castella, yakisoba (pan-fried noodles) and okonomiyaki (grilled Japanese pancake) will be authentically prepared and served by Japanese chefs from Japan and Singapore. Japanese draft beer, shochu highball and sake cocktails will also be available.
To add to the authenticity of the matsuri, traditional festival games have been flown in from Japan.
