SAVOUR 2016 returns with an expanded festival line up featuring not one but three exciting, specially-themed editions that will bring three distinctly unique experiences to attendees.

Food lovers now you can just solely focus on your favourite food as entry into the festival grounds is complimentary for the first time ever!!! You will be able to enjoy dishes at the Gourmet Village from two easy prices of $6 and $12 where cash and credit are now accepted on the grounds too. Other highlights includes themed bars and live music, as well as the always-popular Jasons Gourmet Market, which showcases exceptional products from around the world.
For those looking to enjoy the ultimate curated SAVOUR experience, you can purchase the SAVOUR Experience Pack for S$30. This limited package (for the first 1,500 customers only) will offer vouchers to be spent at the Gourmet Village and the Jasons Gourmet Market, a goodie bag and an exclusive Xiao Long Bao from 3-michelin starred, Bo Innovation – otherwise not available to the public.

SAVOUR Gourmet [12 – 15 May]
Known for its alfresco Gourmet Village, this year’s part 1 of SAVOUR focuses on the best of gourmet experiences lined up by our local restaurants. This round’s of SAVOUR Gourmet is also to mark the debut of the DBS Live Your Dream initiative, which provides emerging homegrown talent a platform to dazzle with new and innovative offerings.
The island’s best and brightest will lead their respective restaurants in the Gourmet Village, showcasing their skills and pitting themselves amongst the best in the business. Attendees at SAVOUR Gourmet can play a big part in helping to pick out the next culinary star by voting for their favourite chefs and dishes during the event.
How do you vote?
1. Get Social
Post on Instagram or Facebook using the special chef hashtag found on the menu pages. Each # counts as a vote so get busy posting and voting.
2. At the Event
Purchase any dish and get a Voting Ball. Drop your voting ball into the voting box of your favourite restaurant, it’s that easy!
Every transaction at the Gourmet Village restaurants comes with a dedicated voting card. Fans will also be able to track their progress of the favourite chefs throughout the 4-day festival.

The brightest rising stars in the industry battle it out for over $50,000 in cash and prizes and the prestigious title of the first ever Emerging Chef Singapore 2016. Top qualifying teams will have a final battle at SAVOUR X’mas in November 2016.
