On-going since yesterday until 27 April, Guest Chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier of Le Normandie, one of the four establishments to be awarded two Michelin stars in Bangkok is showcasing some of his creations together with Chef Haikal Johari of one-Michelin-starred Alma by Juan Amador at Goodwood Park Hotel.
When Chef Arnaud took up the role of chef de cuisine at Le Normandie in 2012, it was his first time leaving Europe and now, he loves Asia so much that he has no intention of returning to Europe.
He specialises in contemporary French cuisine and his philosophy is to source only the freshest ingredients from around the world and the best produce his native region of Savoy has to offer. Chef Arnaud has over 15 years of experience in French fine dining and have worked with renowned culinary talents worldwide, like Guy Martin, Marc Veyrat in L’Auberge de L’Eridan and Emile Jung at Crocodile.
