Curated by Kinetic Singapore and hosted by Scotts Square, K+ (K plus) brings you artists who peddle the extraordinary, things that tickle the imagination, brands that stand out from the bland. Since its inaugural show in January 2015, K+ Curatorial Space has come a long way. In just 16 months it has helmed over 18 shows and worked with 32 collaborators from Singapore and all over the world.
Relaunching since 1st of July 2016, K+ is now a new multi-concept shop, a space where art meets retail meets community. With the continual support of Scotts Square, K+ is now 3 times the size of its original premises.

K+ is here to shine our very own local hidden talents and also to bring international exposures to our Singapore Art Scene. This is indeed a good chance for our local artists to gain support and a good opportunity for idea exchange and partnership.
Larger Gallery space, a Retail space and a new Community space.
The spaces are built in such a way that everybody can sell something exclusively at K+. The communal table is for the public to check out the artists products which ranges from books to crafts and various home designs. Free wifi are available for everyone to use the community space while reading at the comfortable sofa or even touring around. Retail items start from as low as $2 to 5 digit of $20,000. This will be another great idea for those who wants to purchase gifts for friends or for corporate events.

Building A Noah’s Ark for Singapore Art and Design
K means ‘kinetic’ which is the team while plus means when the team add different people together more beautiful things will be formulate out of the community. K+ wants to be known as a Noah Ark which prevent good artists from being extinct during any crisis. If you think you can be an artist, know an artist or there is someone in your family who is an artist, come out with an idea to share with them irregardless who you are – even if you are just a student. Quarterly bazaar will also be organised for everyone to sell their wares and create their artworks too.
“It’s not just about serving as a springboard for budding talent. We hope to spark fresh ideas and unexpected collaborations across disciplines, so that a strong art and design community can emerge from the ground up,” says Pann Lim, Creative Director and co-founder of Kinetic Singapore.
To commemorate its brand new space, K+ is currently shining the Gallery spotlight on local furniture designer Nathan Yong since their relaunch to the 14th of August 2016. As a two time winner of the prestigious Red Dot Concept Design Award, and winner of the equally acclaimed President’s Design Award for Designer of the Year, there is no better creator to inaugurate the gallery’s first show.

K+ will be presenting Yong’s new work under the eponymous label Nathan Yong Design as well as Grafunkt by Nathan Yong. Inspired by his observations on the visual environment around him, Yong’s new pieces will challenge the very existence of designed objects and incorporate techniques that add a light, poetic touch. After the show, the new line of products will be retailed exclusively at K+ Curatorial Space until February 2017.
