The Brewery Master
Argentine-born Gabriel Garcia was intrigued by the smells and beauty of beer brewing during a visit to a small brewery in Prague, which left him pursuing his Brewmaster Diploma at the world-famous Technical University of Munich. Gabriel has brewed at many European breweries, including a century-old brewhouse in Liguria, Italy.
Through his journey at LeVel33, Gabriel hopes to expand and enrich the ber culture in Singapore; presenting well-made craft beers, brewed with passion and the attention to details, following traditional brewing methods and recipes using only premium quality raw materials.

Beer List Includes:
33.1 Blond Lager
Refreshing. Smooth Light bodied. Slightly fruity.
In 1841 Viennese brewmaster Anton Dreher presented his new brewing style using bottom fermenting yeast and
became a pioneer of all Lager Beers.
33.15 India Pale Ale
Aromatic hops. Malty. Bitter.
Brewed since the late 1700s, IPA contains a substantial amount of hops that acted as a natural preservative of the beer quality during
the long journey to the English troops in India.
Strong roasted and malty flavours. Coffee and bitter chocolate after-tones.
Stout, originally meaning ‘brave’, has been brewed in the UK and Ireland since 1703 and is proposed in
an authentic recipe for this dark brew.
33.4 House Porter
Lighter malt and chocolate flavours. Moderate hops aroma.
Inspired by British beer history when Stout originated as a strong porter called ‘Stout Porter’, this house pour is developed by
mixing 33.15 India Pale Ale and 33.3 Stout for his dark brew.
33.9 Wheat Beer
Refreshing. Smooth. Medium bodied. Fruity with hints of banana.
Also known as ‘Weissbier’ (white beer) or ‘Weizenbier’, this golden wheat beer has been brewed in Bavaria since the 16th century.

**All brewed onsite by Level33’s resident brewmaster served unfiltered and unpasteurised.**
