It has been a year since the World Gourmet Summit (WGS)’s Jam Sessions last held in the year 2013 and 2014. As WGS celebrates its 20th anniversary, the WGS Jam Session also make its way back this coming weekend!
The WGS Jam session is a 2 days event that brings together a series of demonstrations presented by both visiting guest chefs and talented local personalities. Generally, this stage presents traditional to modernist cuisines.

All the presenters will explain ideas behind their creations while demonstrating techniques and latest approaches to enhance existing methods.

While taking down personal notes, the audience will get to ask questions when the chefs are doing their live cooking demo. This event is definitely full of enriching learning opportunities for all gourmet and home-cook lovers!
